EVILcorp was formed on the 14th of November 1999 when EvilMatt (Real name: Matt Jeffery) decided he wanted a web site. After confronting his brother The MooseBlaster (Real name: Rich Jeffery) about setting it up, MooseBlaster suddenly decided he would help. After 2 months of work, on December the 27th, the first EvilDrome was uploaded. This was designed in Black and Red and it too was artist orientated. However, after one day of being up, the site came down again after EvilMatt decided that the things it was trying to do a)had already been done, and b)wasn't going to work on the side that half the stuff couldn't be updated.

After a few months of periodic nothingness, EvilMatt and The MooseBlaster sat down in their office and designed what was to be the latest generation of evil. After many sketches on a pad, the duo scribbled some ideas on a jotter and concluded that *this* was the way to go. They decided that EVILdrome was to be the home for unknown artists to gain new fans and fans to gain unknown artists. They concluded that every band should have a mailing list, and the idea of EVILdrome came to form.

In June 2000, EvilMatt and The MooseBlaster agreed that EVILcorp should branch out from their original solo project, and so formed smaller companies to join with EVILdrome in a music filled world:

  • His Evil Voice was a platform for them to release odd one-off release albums that they gave to personal friends. They agreed that this may form into something later.

  • EVILtronics was the first company formed under this new agreement. This will handle all electronic products; including sound restoration projects (vinyl->CD), and a forthcoming MP3 player that is in the pipeline.

  • EVILtone will be the first *real* Record Company formed by EVILcorp. Currently, we might go ahead with this idea. However due to lack of funds, this project is currently in the freezer for a while (we may defrost it before it passes it's Best Before Date)

  • MooseBlaster Productions joined EVILcorp after the collapse of former company Racoon Designs. This Design & Publishing company has already made a profit after they struck a production deal with ABS Brick Cutting, York.

In August 2000, after over 16 years, The MooseBlaster moved to Bristol, causing a delay in production of EVILdrome and losing contact with EvilMatt in the process. However, after a conversation with him, MooseBlaster was told to plough on and completed the website on the 15th of October 2000.
